Summary

First AML will send periodic reminders to clients who are not cooperating or are slow to respond. 


Reminders will be in the form of E-mails and in the cadence of business days 2/4/7*/10* after the case is submitted.


These reminders could also be sent in the form of an SMS depending on your region.



*Days 7/10 will also have reminders sent to the case requester/case lead to help assist with their clients.


Day 14 the case will be moved to Dormant status.
