Summary

Source (First AML's platform) can be saved to your device as a Web App. It looks and behaves like a normal app, but won't appear in the App Store or Google Play Store — you save it directly from your browser instead.



Before you start

  • iOS: use Safari.
  • Android: use Google Chrome.

iOS (Apple)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to the platform URL for your region (see table above).
  3. Once the page loads, tap the Share icon (the box with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom centre of your screen.
  4. Select View More, then scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Tap Add.
  6. The Web App is now on your home screen. Tap it to log in to the platform and view or submit a case.


 


Android (Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus etc.)

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to the platform URL for your region (see table above).
  3. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right of Chrome, then select View More, then scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add.
  5. The Web App is now on your home screen. Tap it to log in to the platform and view or submit a case.
