Summary 

The First AML Platform can be saved down as a Web App that looks and behaves like a normal app, but cannot be found in App store or Google store. To get the Web App, please follow the below instructions based on the phone you have. 


iOS (Apple) 

  1. Open Safari 

  2. In the browser, type in the platform URL according to your region:
    EUapp.eu.firstaml.com
    APACapp.firstaml.com

  3. Tap the box with an arrow pointing up located at the bottom center of your phone. 

  4. Tap "Add to home screen"

  5. Tap "Add"

  6. The Web App has now been added to your home screen. Click on the app to login to the platform to view or submit a case.  



Android (Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus etc

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. In the browser, type in the platform URL according to your region:
    EUapp.eu.firstaml.com
    APACapp.firstaml.com

  3. Tap the three dots button in the top right corner

  4. Tap "Add to Home Screen" 

  5. Tap "Add" 

  6. The Web app has now been added to your home screen. Click on the app to login to the platform to view or submit a case.
