Summary 


When setting up users in the platform, they can have different permissions and access around the platform. For example, some might be able to approve cases and view all cases within their organisation, whereas others might only see what is assign to them without the ability to approve a case.

The First AML platform can support multiple offices/teams. If this is a feature you need, and do not currently have configured, please reach out to support by submitting a ticket above. 


Platform Admin 

  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases
  • Approve cases & request rework
  • Can add and remove users via User Management feature
  • Ability to delete draft cases 


Compliance Officer 

  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases
  • Approve cases & request rework
  • Ability to delete draft cases


Author 

This user type is not available for Real Estate clients (please use 'Office Assistant' for Real Estate if you would like this type of user).

  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases


Agent

These users will need to be assigned to an office.

  • Request cases
  • Verify vendors they may be meeting in person via the web link
  • Track progress of cases
  • Please note: For security reasons, the Agent does not have the ability to view other Agents cases, or any of the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) associated with the individuals undergoing CDD for your company.


Office Admin 

These users will need to be assigned to an office.

  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases
  • Approve cases & request rework
  • Can add and remove users via User Management feature
    • These users are only able to add others as an 'Agent', 'Office Assistant' or 'Team Member' type user
  • Ability to delete draft cases


Team Member

These users will need to be assigned to an office/team.

  • Team Members are only able to see cases created by, or assigned to, them
  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases
  • Approve their own cases


Team Admin

These users will need to be assigned to an office/team.

  • Visibility of cases across their team/office
  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases
  • Can add and remove users via User Management feature
    • These users are only able to add others as a 'Team Member, agent' type user including (agent, team member, office assistant)


Read Only User 

  • Can view all cases across all sections on the platform
  • No ability to edit/write data to the platform


Auditor 

Please get in touch with First AML if you have trouble adding Auditor access to your platform. 

  • Can view all cases across all sections on the platform
  • No ability to edit/write data to the platform


Office Assistant 

These users will need to be assigned to an office/team.

  • Visibility of cases across their team/office
  • Request cases
  • Add notes & ancillary documents
  • Track progress of cases
