If you have a query and are unable to find the relevant solution in our Help Centre articles, you can get in touch with Support who will endeavour to respond to your questions as quickly as possible. Often the best way to get immediate answers is to search the available resources on our Help Centre, however you also have the option to submit a ticket which will go directly to our Support team.


Help Centre Ticket Submission

Submitting a ticket via the Help Centre is the most effective way to get in touch with Support and should be used when you have more complex/specific queries, that may not be covered off in our Help Centre articles.

To submit a ticket in the Help Centre

  1. Go to the Help Centre
  2. Click on "New Support Ticket" located just below the search bar

  1. Fill in the details of your request. (Please note that AML Region is referring to which country your reporting entity is based in and providing the First AML case number will help with the response time of your ticket, as this will give the support agent more context about the query).

    When a subject or description is entered into the ticket, on the right side there will be a list of possible existing help centre articles that may be able to assist you in the first instance.

Chatbot and Chat

Clicking on the bottom right chat icon on the First AML Help Centre gives you access to our chatbot AMLy.

She will try her best to guide you to the most relatable article help resolve your query. 

If the suggested article does not answer your question, you also have the options to either:

  1. Submit a ticket
  2. Chat to a real person

(Please note: If you choose to chat with a real person when it is out of our business hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm NZST, you will be asked to submit a ticket instead)
